Box office
The box office at the concert location will open one hour before the concert begins. Reserved tickets can be picked up here until 10 minutes before the concert, after which they may be made available to others. Please note: tickets picked up at the location may only be paid for in cash.

Sold out!
If a concert is sold out, you can be put on a waiting list. You will be notified if a ticket becomes available. You can also take your chances by coming to the box office on the evening of the concert. Being on the waiting list does not guarantee a place at the concert.

Ticketservice
A ticket order implies that you agree with the following conditions of sale:

• there is a €1.50 charge for all reservations, except for tickets purchased at the ticket office,
• unless you are paying online, you will be sent an invoice
• Within Belgium: Your tickets will be sent after we have received payment and will arrive at the latest one week before the concert.
  If you reserve later, your tickets will be held for you at the box office at that evening’s concert location. 
• Outside Belgium: You can pick up and pay for the reserved tickets one hour before the concert at the STUK-location,
• please note: reductions may not be combined,
• tickets cannot be returned for a refund for any reason.
